Zagreb Airport Introduces New TAV Technologies
Zagreb Airport introduces new IT solutions developed by TAV Technologies to create a better customer experience while also increasing operational efficiency.
By using the Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) enabled with Business Intelligence functions through PAX Analyzer solution and Travel Document Authorization System (TDAS), Zagreb airport will create a united structure for check-in, boarding, and passenger flow management.
Zagreb airport has implemented an IATA-certified CUPPS to streamline its operations. The airlines and airport stakeholders can use the same equipment thanks to this innovative system which is integrated at 75 workstations across the airports' check-in, boarding, and gate areas. Since CUPPS is integrated with 24 airline brands, it is an ideal solution for optimizing airport management, airlines, and ground handlers’ operations.

In 2022, the airport has shown a remarkable comeback by serving 3.1 million passengers and recovering 91% of pre-pandemic traffic.
